You shouldn’t require over night hospitalization unless your temps spike or your bacterial cultures come back particularly nasty from the lab. That being said I don’t know what your renal system health history is like. Pain killers, lemonade and lithotripsy should help unless mri’s show stone to be too large. Hope things get better!
