The board of Tesla is already disgruntled by his lack of singular focus, but his antics have started to proturb the company and the public.
Falsely accusing a british cave diver of pedophilia, not taking the corona response seriously, making grandiose promise, hobnobbing in the same circles as "JizzLane" Maxwell, engaging in sordid affairs with abusers like Amber Heard and promoting conspiracy theories, not only damage his reputation, but damage his company. That's not to mention his connections with people like Peter Thiel, who himself is bit of a..eccentric. Whilst I personally like Thiel, his hairbrained justification for supporting Trump to merely "disrupt" politics as if the Presidency were a tech company and trying to get into the halls of power, to help Facebook or Thiel capital achieve their ambitions without being broken up by anti-trust agreements or regulated was reckless and foolish, no matter what you think of Trump personally.
