or challenges where if you win you get a nice dinner for the night while everyone else has to eat slop. or like if a girl loses a challenge she has to do something humiliating like wear a skimpy costume for a whole day. these are pretty basic reality show things that they need to implement in the future and it wouldn't even be hard to do
