You certainly get some byproduct of the injection, but I don't think it's anything a healthy immune system can't deal with.
Besides, if it were the case and the injection could jump from person to person, it would completely circumvent the esoterism behind the vax: you have to accept the jab, it cannot be forced.
TL;DR: I don't think so.
