Women aren’t capable of being faithful if there’s a chance to cheat. Cheating is practically the favourite female fantasy anyway.
If you’re not around keeping an eye on her then she will cheat.
So if she’s set on going then I’d recommend you repay this betrayal by continuing to use her sexually while you look for a replacement until she leaves, then forget she exists and dump her, or just cheat on her the entire time, because she will damn we’ll be doing it to you without ever feeling guilty about it.
Never trust a woman who you can’t see with your own eyes at that moment. If you don’t know where she is and what’s she’s doing then she’s probably cheating.
