In my city, there are low-rise buildings in the city center, and high-rise buildings on the outskirts of the city. Few people can afford a private house, and in areas with private houses there is no infrastructure, lol
Now they have built even more high-rise buildings (usually 9-14 floors, but now they have built 30, horror!) and a lot of people from the villages have come to live... and these people are very uneducated
