I find it really hard to balance spending time here and doing pretty much anything else, there's been a couple of periods where I've stopped even watching anime or playing games and just spent whole days refreshing tabs over and over, which isn't the way I want to live. Going cold turkey has worked really well, I've been so much more productive and a lot happier because of it, but not being around you, or leaf boi, or anyone else I care about from this community is a really shit tradeoff.
Maybe I just need to do as Millie says and "learn to manage it", but in the attention based economy of the internet an addictive personality makes that really fucking hard to do.
