Yes, those people suffer but they don't generally externalize their injury in an attempt to hurt even MORE people. That's what you get with many in the Cluster B category.
I should have made that more clear. Chicks like the one in my OP pic are usually rolling with BPD to fuck that many dudes in that short a time. I'm assuming she's omitting her over the top and likely threatening behavior which goes hand in hand with that sort of impulsiveness.
