Step two: Find a market for your talents - don't give me the "I don't have any" bullshit, you wouldn't be posting on 4chan if you didn't have above-average aptitude towards using a computer. Channel your abilities to keep words organized and edit images into something mundane, like document management. Get a course in office working.
Step three: You now have a job and stable income and are building a buisness rapport. Whatever you do from there is up to you, but with more resources and a reputation under your belt it should be far easier than remaining a useless NEET.
