Even funnier that you count yourself as smart. You know that sodium laureth sulphate is in LITERALLY any shampoo, body wash and toothpaste. It's a potent and very basic, biodegradable surfactant. Add some glycerin to avoid drying out skin and maybe for toothpaste some kind of ionic compound (NaCl would probably even work) to promote remineralization and as a thickening agent. Also maybe sprinkle some calcium carbonate in there as an abrasive. And if you want to "condition" (bahaha I love smeering my hair with synthetic silicones and polymers) you should rather just use some very light natural oils afterwards that also help keep pores clean and in some cases prevent balding.
