Yeah could be that. I've been slowly trying to piece things together. The only thing I've had going for me for 11 years is my job. It's not much but it's the only thing where I have any skill and can contribute meaningfully other than one hobby that gets put on hiatus from time to time. The booze thing is hard but I think that's the next bridge I may have to cross. Have psychologist appointment in 10 days as well to see if there is actually something wrong with me so I can address that. It's something at least. Also finished 6 years of filing that needed to be done last week. Nice weight off the shoulders for sure.
Someone posted earlier it's all about baby steps... it is. But the blackpill can make even those tiny steps nearly impossible. Bleh.
