Dairy is bad because you're sucking down female cow hormones that are being produced by it directly after the cow gives birth. 1L of milk daily would boost the average man's estrogen by 40-50%. A few measuring cups has an effect to the tune of 5-10%. Dairy is also incredibly unhealthy as it's the simple source that promotes most, if not all of, western diseases.
