In the UK, there's a place called Cornwall. Its' people are descendants of Celts closely related to Wales and Brittany and they have their own language called Cornish. The name of Cornwall in this language is "Kernow", which may or may not sound like "Cirno". However, this is purely coincidental, since the Cornish language was established in 8th century AD (and its revival in the early 1900s), this is purely coincidental and the Cornish Celts were not weebs.
