Related to the first screenshot I posted. This is from a PDF from the AFRL Revolutionary Munitions presentation about anti-matter weapons in 2004 at NIAC done by Kenneth Edwards. He works for a man named Dr. Gerald Smith that was formerly at Penn State doing unmentionable things with antimatter, that operated a company called Positronics Research LLC.
