First you might want to read the apologetics of Christ so can be sure he existed. Some people like to claim otherwise. Demons are real, they are evil spirits that torment and torture us. They are petrified of Christ. You have to go to Jesus Christ to defeat the demons that are attacking you. Be humble and penetent and ask Jesus to protect you in prayer. Eventually join an orthodox or Catholic Church so you can be legit and recieve the blessed sacraments, if you aren't baptized already. Protestants don't have the sacraments or confession. You want those.
