You don't have any skill useful for market but you want to earn money, so you do something everyone can learn easily: cleaning. Since its a skill everybody has you are not going to get paid too much (its something called supply and demand). But since you don't have anything else to do and you need money you accept the job.
And you are saying it like I'm going to force anyone into working under my tyranny and spit on their faces because they are poor.
Also work experience is not something made just to "exploit people" work experience shows that you understand what it means to work and that you are not going to screw your boss by not attending your job for some bullshit reason.
