He was a VIP or Very Important Person
He was such a VIP that the Long Arm of the Left wanted dead, that they used some leverage and got Chinese military to set up in Canada under the guise of cold weather testing. After China was set up in Canada they used a high altitude carrier vehicle to launch a hypersonic missile from the north eastern corner of Canada. This hypersonic missile crossed Canada, into the US, to its intended target in the Michigan woods and blew up this safe house where the VIP was being held.
With some contact from one of our good glowing friends we were told the VIP survived because he was removed just in the Knick of time.
Two days later in one of Trumps appearances he laughingly said (in a weird context)
