>>12035191I concur. In total apocalypse, Walking Dead style scenario, you're dead right. In a less severe and arguably more realistic scenario where humanity returns to warlords and fiefdoms, some form of an economy will arise from the ashes. Even the "barbarians" in greco-roman times valued shiny stuff. It would probably only take one or two generations in a total apocalypse scenario before people came back to using precious metals.
Bullets will 100% be better than silver in any feasible scenario though.
