Seinfeld is funny but it's way too cynical to the point where it's bad. Comedies should have happy endings and Seinfeld fails at doing that, everybody in the show is so bad they are completely unlikable. Usually you want characters in comedies act worse than what they are in real life but they can't act so bad that they become unlikable and Seinfeld characters are too evil to be likeable.
