Scandinavia before 2100 BC was nearly 100% I haplogroup (mostly I1 and I2a, with a few J2 H and G), after the 2100s BC it had the same genetics as it does today, with a strong ancestry from indo europeans both R1a and R1b (which did live separately as such it makes sense to differenciate them)
look at the data yourself, the split between aryans (R) and nordics (I) literally PREDATES out of africa, we split from nordics BEFORE either left africa, the ancestors of both groups were part of different out of africa migration, the ancestors of aryans were part of the same out of africa migration as the chinese, while the ancestors of nordics were part of the same out of africa migration as semites and caucasians, yes the split is THAT old and the difference is this big
Nordics do not exist anymore, modern day scandinavia is at maximum 45% old european, all modern day nordics and germanics are mutts between indo europeans and nordics
