If you smoke 2 bowls a day take it down to 1. Then the next week take it down to 1 bowl every 2 days. Then the next week take it down to 1 bowl every 3-4 days. Wash rinse and repeat.
It SHOULD BE the easiest substance to ween yourself off as it's not really addictive. I'm on a 2 day T-break myself because I'm just out of weed and honestly I jones from not having a cigarette but not weed. It's more like "meh if I had it right now that's cool but I don't so I'm not gonna stress it I can go without for a bit". If you're getting shakes, sweats or anything else from going off of it then you have a serious addiction that needs serious detox.
Honestly I've never heard of someone having withdrawals but I guess anything is possible.
