American housing is "how old do you want your cardboard to be"?. Do you live in a century old house that has real but rotten wood? Do you live in this one owner house from 1955 that still has a stain from where the owner died in it and never maintained it? Or do you want fresh cardboard? We have specials where we divide the cardboard in two where it clearly wasn't meant to be divided and we call them duplexes!
