28 days of self improvement so far. Run streak averaging 4 miles/day with no rest days. Looking forward to rest days in February, with longer distance goals (one 10-miler/week in Feb and one 15-miler/week in March). Zero porn, alcohol, or cannabis in 2021. Feels good man! I have also had a few job interviews and feel confident about increasing my income, or at least beginning a more fulfilling job, in the next month or two. Keep it up, lads! All these habits have positive feedback effects on each other.
