>>12446148not particularly busy to be honest. the pace of the classes are absolutely glacial. so far we've been covering about 1 chapter every 3 weeks when i can comfortably cover about 1 chapter a week individually if i dedicate about 5 hours a week. the only problem i noticed last time was vocabulary retention and i very much believe that has to do more with my study methods and bad memory than the pace at which i'm intaking new vocabulary.
plus at the end of the day knowing grammar makes for extremely smooth sailing when i have to retrace the same ground for classes later on and vocabulary is much easier to figure out from context in real world scenarios, so i'm much less worried about getting that part perfect.
i do plan on working at the hotdog stand over the summer but i'll have the opportunity to decide how much or little time i want that to take up and it shouldn't be weighing on my mood too much since the work is easy
