Psychosis and Autism are considered totally opposite conditions
Let's say HFA and schizotypal personality disorder are both characterized by social isolation, talking bullshit, bad social skills but autistic people are detail oriented and high schizotypy is big picture oriented. I think that if the autistic person would take this together, he would say that they are completely opposite conditions, but a schizotypal person would say that they are similar because they have both similar outcomes.
