It is, but their design was supposedly based on a glacier so it would go against what little inspiration they had.

The best stuff gets labeled "gamer" by default and has rgb stuff slapped on there. That's the point. The only way to get great components without the gamer label now is to go enterprise and that's not only way overkill for most applications but also even more expensive.
