What happened to multiplayer video games? You can’t just log in and “play” anymore. If there’s PvP involved you can be guaranteed to get matched up with the sweatiest most try hard fuckers. There was a time when people played COD/Halo/Battlefield just for fun, sure you’d have a try hard or a hacker here and there but it was never as bad as it is now. Every FPS is now just CS with “better” graphics. Every MMO is now League of Legends. You’ll hardly ever find a player who hasn’t min/maxed everything to the point where you just aren’t gonna have fun unless you play the “META” builds which are usually just broken and unfun.
