> The movie even extrapolates the scenario beautifully by showing how, even when its eroded to be as fake as it could be, between a mass-produced consumer good and an artificial human, it's still more than they can ever give. However, it was done so carefully to convey that his version of it was his own and personal. It was far different than the Mainstream advert. It was a companion who understood him, his sensibilities, and enjoyed being with him. Far different than the big advert roastie version that was advertised to the masses as JOI. There were soo many subtleties to the movie.
It was definitely Kino. Bought one of the lead posters for it off ebay today.
Valerian was another Kino Sci-Fi. DESU, after watching blade runner and being refreshed on what quality cinema is, I have decided to refrain from endorsing or viewing mainstream/trash tier sci-fi. I have been watching many sci-fi films this year because it is a genre that means alot to me. I have been suffering through a lot of disappointments. This movie confirmed to me that I should just skip the disappointment and washed up mainstream plebbit sci-fi...
Seems like the next sci-fi to look forward to is :
> Annilhation (2018) - feb> Ready player one (2018) - march Until then, there's thankfully been a good number of great sci-fi shows to satiate my appetite.
