Coincidentally, I ate a Tonkatsu Sando today leftover from yesterday. Before you go on another scripture stream of unfiltered consciousness; Katsu essentially means "breaded" and Sando means "sandwich". Tonkatsu is basically a deep-fried breaded pork cutlet which is typically served over rice with veggies and can either be submerged in curry or served dry with some tonkatsu sauce. I prefer it submerged in curry, but when I don't have any in stock I eat it dry with some kizami ginger sprinkled on top of the cutlet with siracha or habanero sauce drizzled over it.
