Usually the girls that know the best English are 1)those living in tourist areas because they work with them 2) girls that are highly educated
It those places that they live 1)no tourist ever sets foot 2) only like 2/10 girls go to university (in a bigger town)
But i think you will be able to communicate if you want to, around before 1970 we unironically used to send mail brides with ships to the west(no we don't do that anymore), and those girls didn't even speak a single English word, a lot of times i wonder how they made do in the west
