Cryo real talk the first thing you need is a job of some kind. Look around the island. Are there old people that need help with stuff? Help them for a modest amount of money. Do it for cash. You're good with computers, help them with their computers. At my church there are lots of old people with computer problems and I go to there house and do basic updates, make sure passwords are secure and ease any worries about "hackers" and also cancel a bunch of stupid shit old people get tricked into signing up for like antivirus software. I'm not a neet but I am late 30s, overweight, haven't had a gf since before covid and have addictions to booze and weed and a job that I can do totally alone in my apartment everyday but I made a commitment to get out of my house at least twice a week to help my local church and it's a huge boost to my mental health to simply have people that count on me even if it really doesn't pay that much. I have a reason to get out of bed at a decent time, shower, wear clean clothes and not be loaded and just getting that would be a good first step to not feel so bad about life.
