there was supposed to be a whole spin-off called return to ravenholm where you were going to see him again (idk if that makes it canon or not if he survived lol, they were originally to play his death scream at the end of ravenholm so u know hes dead but at the last second they decided it should be left up to player interpretation, though the sound file is in the files still so u could tell they intended for him to die but theres also this other cut thing where he survives apparently so yeah who knows)
and u were gonna play as adrian shephard
he ate headcrab stew to survive but cooler than that, he harvested headcrab blood and injected it into his neck to try to build immunity to their bite
and because of that he turns into a monster and you kill him at the end
shit wouldve been really cool but of course they cancelled it cause gaben sucks fat dick
also it was supposed to have zombie monkeys that grigori made by injecting headcrab blood into them
where the fuck he got a bunch of monkeys to experiment on while being in ravenholm i dont know
there was also a bunch of weird weapons, like a leaf blower that let you double jump i dont get it
but that reminds me, i think there were actually supposed to be zombie vortigaunts in hl2 at some point
the cool thing about them was that the vorts are basically one consciousness or something, so, when a headcrab infects one literally every single vortigaunt alive feels the excruciating pain

what i dislike is that they never even started doing anything with opposing force 2 thats so gay
the only reason theyre not doing that is because they dont wanna acknowledge the existence of the aliens they made up in opposing force

Anyhow, what are your thoughts on the word "literally"? Has it really been used to the point where it's devoid of all it's meaning, or rather than the word itself actually being abused badly enough to warrant the hate, in reality it's just the belief that we've been conditioned to think? I mean, it could've just as easily been "just", instead of "literally". I think that it's only hated on so much because of one person who got popular, back in the day.
Basically, has there been a conspiracy against "literally"?
