I'm on something called a computer where every time I save a file I get to choose a location and a filename. I give all of my files names that will help me remember them in the future. This is not specific to anti-/pol/ images. You read too much into shit in attempt to make it fit your narrative. It's childish, but seeing that you're a /pol/ retard I'm not surprised.
