Genesis 35:11, the Hebrew word for "nation" here is goy, out of Jacob's loins would come goy (nations), and they would be as the dust of the earth (Genesis 28:14). They are in the new covenant for almost 2000 years, established Christian civilization, and blessed all the families of the earth with it (Jeremiah 31:31, Hosea 1:10).
