Go keto for two weeks and your brain will totally re-wire its self.
You can still drink while trying to do keto, just only hard liquor ( no beer/carbs ) and no mixers that add carbs. It can kill your ketosis, but not for more than a few hours while your body burns the empty liquor calories.
