A noticer can imagine or theorise in their mind dozens or even hundreds of interactions and how they affect each other. They can understand cause and effect down from A to Z. While a normie gets stuck after going for A to B. They don’t understand why you are at Z. You are like a crazy person to them. You have to hold their hand and explain each step. This is what a lot of religious texts do. They provide a fictional story of cause and effect. Like a children’s cartoon showing a certain behaviour/act and assigning some sort of result to it. As such the normie assigns this result as coming from a certain behaviour. This also means that even certain noticers have a lower power level because they don’t have that ability to conceptualise and theorise. They might be able to get to the letter H but they are still far of from being at Z. So they absorb the social consensus from people that they see at H and mimic the behaviour of the highest level noticer.
