>>21429592>His entire life has been pointless and he choses eternal death as the only logical consequence.In such a scenario which would not happen because God is real, Christ is real, the Holy Spirit is real, amen, the Christian, who has been preparing his entire life for its' transition into the next life would eventually go with it. It might truly be difficult to convince him of this reality not being a trick to compel him to deny his faith. It's what the religion does to people, bolsters faith in the unseen and provides validity to things the Christian knows in his heart to be true, even though he can't definitely prove it. The practice creates people willing to make sacrifices for others, and they are made better by it. Through Sanctification the individual becomes better, and then groups become stronger.
