Germans had advantages in AT weapons, submarines, and a head start on early jet tech though. Soviets learned Germany's strengths and from Soviet deficiencies and went on to develop them in the Cold War. Hitler's chud-like obsession on breakthrough wunderwaffen compared to Soviet's focus on practicality and equipment that just does the job contributed to them losing the war.
