>>13470645i feel like that's the right way to go about it with slice of life personally. simplicity is better for most gags and there's no point in trying to make sitting around talking theatrical, so the best approach is to put the entire budget on the 3 minutes that benefit the most from it each episode
very feel that there's something really weird about the sound direction when people are speaking, but i think that's an artifact of isolating dialogue from larger scenes to be put into the trailer. hopefully i won't continue to feel that way once it starts airing
think i decided i'm going to try watching it without subs when it starts airing
