Then one weekend night I was hanging out with this "friend" at the bar, and I was joking around talking with him, trying to have fun, and I realized he just seemed kinda annoyed and was kinda ignoring me. And it really got in my head, and I eventually realized I was always calling/texting everyone else to hang out or talk, but no one ever called/texted me. And I got paranoid that I was annoying everyone. So to calm my fears and make sure that wasn't a problem anymore, I decided that I would just leave everyone alone and wait for someone to call/text me to hang out.
That was nearly 10 years ago.
No one ever called or texted.
I have no friends, and I'm not sure I ever did.
Oh well.
