I started taking zinc maybe a year ago honestly cause I read you could shoot bigger loads. I usually get some kind of minor cold once a year but I haven’t been sick all year. I go out regularly and am around people at work all day.
My girlfriend however has been sick at least two or three times and I’ve been around her every day she was sick but haven’t gotten anything. This is anecdotal but any other anons have positive experiences with zinc? I take half a pill of pic related per day.
