But this isn't my point, Occam's Razor is a concept created by humans and is a concept which models all scientific work, may that be on what you call Hard Sciences or people. Also, Occam's Razor doesn't say that nature is as simple as possible, but it looks for the model that describes it with the fewest assumptions. You can think of it as avoiding overfitting
