You boil 500 ml of milk + sour cream, with butter and sugar, and in the meantime, you mix the rest of your milk (250 ml so it should be a full-cup but you should also consider pouring it to something way bigger than your already full cup. Y-You know - just in case.) with the flour, starch and yolks.
Uhh.. then you like.. wait till it boils, mix everything up (make sure that the starch and flour is well mixed without any lumps), boil a moment and voilà~!
Done!
Then you just wait till it starts moving at it's own, because the consistency of this mixture can be least to say uncomfortable.
It's like a pudding but also panna cotta :b
