it seems hereditary, all men from father's side of family tree are weak to alchohol, people that lose control and can't get enough despite becoming bitter assholes for it
so the only answer is to just never drink, from 22nd february 2019 to 22nd february 2020 I managed to stay sober quite nicely, then somewhere during corona I drank some sommersbies, then one time I drank some absinthe, one time I added a hefty amount of johnny walker in my milfshake when I was taking shrooms aswell, after that I didn't touch alchohol ever again
