I've developed a caffeine dependency because of some dark happening in my life right now. I drink out of a really big cup, like two comemrcial standard tea cups and i have big two tablespoons of coffee at each. I'm feeling a lot of dissociation right now, i haven't slept for about two days and I'm twitching madly. I can't find a comfy place anywhere. I regret drinking so much caffeine but that regret isn't strong enough to motivate me to abandon the mental calm I feel feeling like this all the time, escaping from my dark using caffeine, to go and help myself. This isn't the first time this has happened either, Probably the fifth time in a month,. This isn't sustainable is it ?
