Ever since occupy wallstreet a major psyop campaign was pulled to turn the movement into a joke and boy oh boy work it did.
Another highlight that is relevant to today culture political scenario : during the public demonstrations leaders were all white (for some reason) a small operation was conducted to change that at the time and give equal mic time to other races wich resulted in less air time for actual occupy movement leaders to preach resulting in the downward spiral of the movement direction.
