>>13794463yeah, same problem as always it seems. they don't want to fail people so there ends up being a positive feedback loop. they dumb down the work or give a bunch of slack on it so that people don't fail then the people at the bottom fall even further behind since they didn't have to push themselves, so the work needs to be dumbed down even more
