Being able to drop $100k on a car every few years would also be nice, but the one thing I don't have that I truly want, the one reason I get out of bed in the morning, it's so I can literally live in and own my Waifu's luxury apartment, along with literally every other apartment surrounding it.
Once I get the waifublock, being able to rent out 100x or so appartments as passive income, then we start worrying about bigger flashier houses and cars.
Till then, I own the car I want, I have land with a three story mansion, now I want a place in Japan to chill at whenever I go over there.
Otherwise, there is fuck all in life to drive me forwards.
Maybe once I get started, I'll get a taste for money. Maybe.
Till then, stupid goals.
(No reason I can't buy an apartment building outright, take a loan out against said building, then use that money to invest with. It's like I never bought the building at all!)
