One possible way you unseize it would be to bust open the lighter for the fuel and pour it on the lever hinge, but it would mostly evaporate and the downside you would have no light or fire to melt a piece of your own fat to grease the lever as a second option. Of course this is just speculation and maybe the lighter fluid would be just enough with some torque but it not then it's self bbq time...
