There are a lot of good recipe's on youtube, check em out. When you go and buy the phyllo dough buy the best quality one. They crisp up better in the oven, the brand I usually buy is not available for some reason and I had to buy the inferior one, still good but it makes a difference.

I think the lady in the video used 600gr of sugar which is insane, I used 280gr, but I'm not really a sweets guy so...
